Dr. Payal Nigam – Founder & Visionary Educator
Dr. Payal Nigam’s journey in education began with a strong belief in the power of soft skills — communication, confidence, and leadership — as the foundation for personal and professional success. Holding an MBA and a Ph.D. in Marketing, she spent several years training over 500 students and leading more than 25 workshops focused on soft skill development for management students.
However, her experience revealed a critical gap — these essential life skills were being introduced too late. Driven by a passion for early childhood development, she realized that true transformation starts in the formative years. This led to the vision behind Shiksha Vatika — a nurturing learning space where young minds are shaped with care, purpose, and the right values from the very beginning.
