Dr. Payal Nigam – Founder & Visionary Educator
Dr. Payal Nigam has always believed that skills like confidence, communication, and leadership are just as important as academics. With an MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing, she spent years training college students and professionals, helping them build these life skills. But along the way, she realized something was missing — these important lessons were reaching people too late in life.
That’s when her dream of starting a preschool took shape. She knew that if children are given the right environment from the very beginning — filled with love, care, and encouragement — they will grow into strong, confident, and kind individuals. And that’s exactly what Shiksha Vatika is all about.
Mr. Gagan Preet Singh brings to Shiksha Vatika a deep passion for building not just walls and classrooms, but safe, inspiring spaces where children feel happy and free to learn. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, he has led the creation of a child-friendly campus that blends safety, comfort, and creativity. From open, airy classrooms to thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, a Montessori lab, and even a mini auditorium — every corner of the school reflects his belief that the environment plays a big role in a child’s growth.
